Basic apartment with balcony which you share with adjoining room so not private. If your neighbour is a smoker then it's uncomfortable. Noise from traffic is ok, view over river. Hot plate kettle and microwave and fridge....all good. Great shower. A little to far from the attractions so you'll need the grab app. Very cheap to use bike. Can walk to downtown but very hot and crossing the mad road traffic ? if you arrive on weekend the caretaker speaks only Vietnamese so you'll need google translator. Few cafes nearby. Noisy neighbour in adjoining room and smoking on balcony...

To start, we were given a completely different room without notice. Host was never present and did nothing to resolve any issues because she was “off work” during our stay. So there was virtually no one to assist us. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, space not well cleaned and below you’ll see the so called “garden view”. Worst part is our motorbike was STOLEN from right outside even though there was a “security guard”. Host and security were rude and did absolutely nothing- didn’t show up once to help and ignored messages. Apartment isn’t like photos. We left early. Far from center and not secure. Beware!

Unfortunately, there was a cockroach in the room. We were on the 7th floor. The receptionist doesn’t speak English and you need to pay in advance during the check in otherwise they will hold your passport. Apart from that the room was great and spacious.

The staff were friendly, from the security uncle to the front desk and housekeeping. Housekeeping service is available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The place is clean, spacious, and conveniently located near the center.

The room was clean and spacious, we had an apartment with kitchen, dining table, sofa, bed and bathroom, we were very happy with the room, and the shower stayed hot. It was around a 40 minute walk or 10 minute taxi ride to the food and shops in district one, super cheap in a Grab to get there and back. There are plenty of good food and coffee shop options around the hotel too.

Amazing location, spacious, clean and affordable. Staff were very helpful too. The bed was a bit hard and there was no washing up liquid or dishcloths in the kitchen. We didn't receive a key for the gate or front door so always had to wake up the security guard to get in after hours which was annoying.

I was contacted by staff for support and quick booking confirmation. The room is very clean and has complete facilities. Local on the front location, really safe when taking a taxi at night to the house gate. Move by car or motorbike to the center of Districts 1 and 3 very close. Everything is so wonderful.
