AC is always off and had to wait awhile to get cooled. It would be nice to be able to keep too at moderate temperature instead of completely off.

Good location. Walking distance to most popular attractions Limited hotel services. Hot water does not work most of the time. Either too cold or too hot in the shower.

Our room was just ok. Bathroom was ok. It was enough for our one night stay. A little cramped trying to bring our luggages into the corridor and elevator.

The value for money was ok. They had a good range of amenities. Got the key for my room and after 20min the receptionist knocked on my door and told me that he has to charge 500.000 because of the early check-in.

Located just a short walk from Bui Vien Walking Street and about a 10 minute walk to Ben Thanh Market. Hotel is situated on a busy road, so you do hear a little road noise but nothing that prevents you from being able to sleep. Great location. No breakfast offered, but so close to everything, you can find somewhere for breakfast and coffee near by. Great value for money in the heart of District 1. Shower head needed some loving as water went every which way. Also, there was a fine knack to not having a scolding water or sub zero water coming down. This was the only issue, and even then it wasn’t a huge issue for my partner or I.

Super kind staff, they waited very late at night for check-in because out internal flight was severely delayed and spoke good English Our room had no windows and smelt of cigarette smoke

It was a basic hotel, but that was what I was expecting at that price point. The rooms were clean, staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location. Great value for money

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfy. The staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, there is almost no natural light coming in the room we were given as the window was facing a wall, which was 1 meter away. Also, during the night you hear some noise (maybe from the outside components of the ACs).
