The lobby seemed inviting and fresh. That was only a bait tho A strong smell of cigarettes and tobacco in the hallway and inside my room. Dirty walls.

The price is affordable and the area is close to the airport and convenient for transportation; checkin process is quick, basic room but equipped with good equipment. It is hard to find convenient store around the area. Room condition is quite old, especially there is dirt on the window and mold on the toilet sink.

Staff was polite and helpful and responded promptly to our requests. The room was spacious with big bathroom. Beds were large and comfortable. The mini fridge was leaking, and the floor and surfaces were dusty when we checked in.

The reception people where very nice and sweet , you will need to speak Vietnamese because some of them do not speak English that’s the only down side of this but overall good place for you to stay and get the real vibe of Vietnam Maybe location a ways out from central things

It's quite noisy during the night because of other guests talking very loudly in the corridor. The room is not very well soundproofed

The room soundproofing is quite bad, i get complaint from the room next door at night bc i talked too loud... Room facing the street is noisy at night. The receptionists doesn't seem friendly or trying to be helpful with my request. Bed comfort doesn't meet my expectation, blanket has bloodstains on it. At this price, i can get somewhere better.
