The location is close to everything that I wanted. (It’s also walkable to the pink cathedral, and a big local market for shopping). Clean, comfortable, free laundry with powerful machines. And the best staff!! They are caring and efficient. Pizza 4Ps is right there. And the most delicious place serving homey Hue food, plus a fresh juice place that locals seem to love. I had a nice big room as well. The kitchenette was tops. The flooring is kind of bare. Easy to clean, but I would have loved a couple of yoga mats on offer.

I've stayed at M village multiple times, but my first experience at this branch was unpleasant. Room #204 had a strong sewer odor, even though I informed the hotel of my late 9:00 pm check-in, the room wasn't ready. Although the staff attempted to address the issue, the unpleasant smell persisted. Unfortunately, I was informed that I couldn't switch rooms due to full booking.

Used to travel to Vietnam for several weeks at a time and not being a fan of Intercon or its affiliates, I found M Village to be an excellent alternative and a delightful place to stay. The environment is serene, the staff is exceptional, the location is convenient, the WiFi is stable, and the rooms are comfortable. I can only offer my highest recommendation.

Great location in district 3, close to good markets and nice coffee places to explore The hotel is in a quiet garden, secluded from the city rumble, lush vegetation and very peaceful The room was not particularly great, we had a window on a blind wall 1m in front of it. We were ok with it as we only stayed one night in transit.

We thought the pictures looked a little AI generated - but honestly they were exactly as advertised! Awesome common area with nice coffee and cookies - very well designed and furnished. The rooms were huge, equipped with cooking utensils, induction cooker, microwave, electric kettle - you name it. Bathroom lighting was great! The bed was very comfy. We asked for an extra pillow and blanket and they delivered it to our room within 5 minutes. There's a filtered water dispenser on the ground floor dispensing boiling hot to ice cold water - a great feature that we were very grateful for. The location is superb. Sure, it's not in District 1 but I think that's to our liking. The area is definitely less touristy but the main street can get pretty busy with traffic. There are GREAT local food and cafe options right outside the hotel's grounds. Cafe 4Ps is such a vibey spot too, albeit rather expensive. And Pizza 4Ps! Pizza 4Ps has a "delivery outlet" located right next to Cafe 4Ps (you can't find it on google), serving a smaller menu. The selection was still pretty great though! We ordered pizza and pasta and it was delivered straight to our room - what a nice touch. Overall, would highly recommend this place to everyone. The staff were very accommodating and always smiling. Our sofa had a weird stain on it, that could be improved.

M Village's services have left me quite satisfied. From the rooms, kitchen, to the bathroom, everything is clean. The staff is friendly, always ready to assist customers whenever needed. Polite and approachable demeanor.

No breakfast. Location good, next door to wedding we were attending. When we arrived in heavy rain, our room was leaking. But the staff were excellent and moved us quickly.

The rooms are new, clean and modern. There is a 4P delivery just below with delicious food, which is very convenient. External area is also nice to chill and work for those who come for remote working. The location is not the best, you should walk at least 10 minutes to find nice coffees and restaurants. There are other M Villages in district 3 a bit to the south, which I would recommend. Another minor is that the coffee shop doesn’t serve breakfast, which would be amazing if it was the case! Bathroom could use some improvement as well, but nothing very annoying. Overall it is a great place!
