The location within distance of major attractions plus the staff is amazingly helpful for every affected customer needs. That services are often happening only on 5 or 6 star hotel.

The location was perfect. Near all the attractions but not in noisy area. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was new - there are two elevators and works really fast. The room was big and clean. Breakfasts were also good. At night, I could hear someone’s or something’s footsteps. In addition, the internal window was like a balcony window, and there were bars on top, making the room feel like it was in a basement.

Nice rooms and very comfortable bed. Bad breakfast experience and only few choices: no seats available at the ground floor where breakfast was served. Consequently, you needed to pick-up your breakfast, take the elevator to second floor to eat there. This lead to a lot of discomfort and waiting time, especially in the morning.

Very clean. Breakfast included in our stay Central location and great that in walking distance to many attractions. The swimming pool, quirky but really like the sustainability idea of it. Great place. Would love to stay there again one day. How the breakfast is organised felt crowded in one area when there were peak numbers of guests.

I like the bed very comfy and it’s quite at night. Can sleep very good. Grab car cannot park so when we pick up our things we have to walk on the other road where the grab car can park and breakfast salad were not good don’t have a good sauce.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was well organized and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff truly stood out — extremely kind, helpful, and always welcoming. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. A small downside was that the duvet was a bit short. In addition, the breakfast included quite a lot of pork-based options, which was not ideal for us. That said, the overall quality of the breakfast was good and there were still enough alternatives. The breakfast is excellent. The staffs are very good and helping. They arranged for our airport drop as it was in the midnight and also provided us with a nice packed breakfast.. I would like to recommend my friends about this small but very cozy hotel. The communication between the changing staffs need to be improved.

The hotel is located in District 3, yet the Independence Palace and the War Remnants Museum are both very close, and if you’re craving something to eat, the Ben Nghe Street Food Market is just a six-minute walk away. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I also absolutely loved the décor—French touches throughout, from the copper accents at the entrance and lobby to the elegant chandelier, green shower tiles, and herringbone flooring. I even adore the signature fragrance used in the hotel. Everything is done so gracefully.

A cooling fridge instead of an actual mini fridge? They are the same size just get an actual mini bar fridge….
