Towneplace Suites by Marriott Hixson

This was my 2nd time to stay at TownSuite in Hixson. I paid extra to do so because of the confidence I had in this property.

Pleasant

Lovely room, very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was far above the run of the mill hotel breakfast. We would stay here again.

Bad

The room was great with a kitchenette and a sitting area. The breakfast area had a great selection of items Nothing I thought it was great

Exceptional

Loved the room and bathroom, so nice and roomy

The bed was really comfortable, and we like it we could cook Just the parking

Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast, great gym! We liked everything!

It was convenient to where we needed to be. The property itself was fine. However the breakfast was just so so. The bananas were still green. No waffle mix available. The remote control for the tv work( the tv came on ) however it would not allow you to stroll through to watch anything. So we just turned it off. The shower head in our bathroom needs to be replaced. Not much power of water.

Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen in our room was fully stocked. Staff were very helpful Shower head in bathroom had very low water pressure. Maintenance fixed it for one day but still had no water pressure. Breakfast was ok, we just didn’t like it

The room was very nice &clean - negatives was a constant beeping sound-don’t know if it was a low battery or what, water pressure in the shower too low for my liking and they put us in a room that was farthest away from elevators- we are senior citizens so that was a little annoying.

The room was above and beyond what I thought it would be had the cutest little kitchenette and the best walkin shower that I’ve seen. The area itself is pretty loud during the evening, but not enough that I couldn’t sleep. The pool is a good size, but the room is very sauna like. All in all I will definitely stay there again if I’m in Tennessee.

Great trip to beautiful Chattanooga! Mom & 2 kids, stayed 3 nights in a double queen to visit family in Hixson & a trip to Rock City & the Incline. Room was very clean, spacious, and was attended daily by housekeeping <3 They did a fabulous job. The kitchenette had fridge, flat top stove, dishwasher, all cookware. Convenient, seemingly safe location, with a Chipotle, Starbucks, liquor store in walking distance, & Northgate Mall & other food places a short drive. Probably the nicest, newest hotel in Hixson. Decent continental breakfast. Kids spent a lot of time in the indoor pool (not heated and no hot tub). They had the most comfy, cool chairs by the pool, it was relaxing despite the strong chlorine air that comes with an indoor pool. This is where I'll stay from now on when I come up here.

Have stayed here before but this was the best stay by far. Good price in the middle of everything. Will be back N/A
