Everything! From the front desk, to the bell man, to the staff at the restaurants and bars. They were all exceptional.

Great location easy access to Shelter Cove , loved the beach access and the pool area . Parking was easy , staff was very helpful The room always seemed damp with humidity , A/C ran all the time and cooled the room but nothing dried , towels, bathing suites all stayed damp. It felt like very unhealthy , like legionnaires sickness

The room was nice. The extra room charges that were added that I wasn’t aware was going to be added. When I asked the lady at the front desk where those charges came from, she made absolutely no sense at all! I ended up paying over 100 dollars more than what Booking.com said my total charges were going to be, excluding parking charges of 20 dollars per day. Then I got charged for a drink at the poolside bar that I did not purchase! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you like being robbed or giving your money away! Hilton Head Island is beautiful! This was our first time staying at Hilton Head. We may come back to visit sometime, but I can say with certainty that it won’t be at Hilton Spa and Resort!

The only critique I would offer, is that maybe the poolside bar stay open later.

Musty smell all over the property, but especially in the rooms. Switched rooms and got another room that smelled even worse AND had a broken AC. Went back to the original room and basically had to put up with the smell. Not sure if this is due to the age of the property or if this is how all hotels are in the SE

We come to this location maybe twice a year anwhat I'm finding with this amount of money we spend on a room, I would have thought the room privacy wouldve 'include more soundproofing one room to another it's just the walls are simply too thin I don't want to hear the person in the Next Room was conversation and they they need to do a better job with that other than that to stay was excellent as usual but if you have someone next door that remotely talks a lot or it's very energetic and and and and vocals then you may be in for a long night well please don't misinterpreted this state is a resort is everything was great but I think the building the architecture was flawed

The hotel was on a great location right on the ocean. The food was great. The hotel was very large and could have used more maintenance crews to keep up with some aging issues.

I arrived sooner than I expected because I was meeting friends but I missed them. But the associate at the counter went above and beyond assisting me. She was great! The bed was very comfortable, I slept the whole night, got a full 7 hours sleep. Did I mention the associate was great, I can’t remember her name, but she was from Jamaica.

Terrible response from front desk. They didn’t allocate the room I have booked as they stating that it’s full and cannot accommodate with oceanview I have booked

Location was great, great size room, bed comfortable and loved the balcony. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I don't remember their names but the gentleman that shuttled us to our conference was very nice, friendly and helpful. He even remembered us the next morning and stopped to speak with us. No soap in my room. :(

When I requested for some pool towels, there was nobody to help.The lady at the front desk said she could not leave her post so I asked her if there was some sort of extension she can call like housekeeping maybe but she said no… what kind of hotel is this???? There was also a lot of flies on the property esp in the indoor pool and gym

The hotel pools were nice and fun, and the resort’s beach view was absolutely breathtaking! The scenery made the stay even more enjoyable, and it was so nice being able to relax by the pools while taking in the beautiful ocean views. Overall, a great place to unwind and enjoy a beautiful getaway!
