Sleepy little hotel but the rooms and facilities were excellent We would have loved a communal pool or sauna (etc.) but we were pleasantly surprised by what was there

Exceptional staff, location, cleanliness and amenities all above par. And a great 👍 value 👌 👏

The japanese bath was absolutely exceptional. I did not expect to find something like that in america. Staff were excellent, and the sake bar was fantastic, with knowledgeable staff there too.

It was very well kept!

They clean the room every 3rd days, and it was strict. We stayed 4days, and it would’ve make more sense if they would clean after the 2nd day.

Staffs were sweet upon check in. The lobby and outer appearance were neat and nice, but the room has a lot to be desired. Our room was small, bathroom was not clean, I saw hairs on the drain and tiles were discolored, also glass shower door had stains everywhere. The air conditioner was so loud and gurgling all night. I understand this hotel is Japanese theme and trying to attract people with those interests, but I also think they need to make the hotel and clean and attractive for all customers.

Really beautiful, luxurious hotel. I wish the sake bar was open more often, that would be my only suggestion, everything else was lovely. The minimal but refined sense of decor is very relaxing as it sets the mind at ease. Thank You for a lovely stay.

A Japanese hotel in Hillsboro Oregon. Nice, clean and quiet. Close to many things and things to do. Staff was friendly and I was only there for an overnight. Nice to have a little restaurant in house.

We absolutely loved our hotel room and the hotel itself. Including the restaurant! The onsen was beautiful, perfect temp water. Everyone respected the rules in the women's bath, and my partner luckily had the men's onsen all to himself! We ate at the restaurant for both Dinner and Breakfast, and WOW. The dinner was probably one of the best dinners we've had in a long time, the ribeye was cooked PERFECTLY. So delicious, seasoned well, beautiful crust on it. The desserts were delicious as well. Even the gift shop was beautiful! My only CON of the trip, was somehow my debit card was frauded on our trip from Seattle to Oregon, I'm not saying it was at the hotel, but it just left a bit of a damper on the trip. I would highly recommend this hotel and all of it's amenities!

New favorite hotel! Beautiful and well maintained property

Close to the freeway, easy access. Staff is very polite and helpful-always someone available to help. They have a small laptop in the room if anything needs attention you can get help right away. There are NOT enough parking spaces for bigger vehicles or for the volume they get on Friday and Saturday nights. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there. They changed the bathroom and added a glass door to the shower/bathtub enclosure. They need a rubber dam on the bottom of the door as the overhead shower allows water to leak out of the door into the floor. We were on the 4th floor.
