Best Western Plus Hershey

it was very clean, both women at the front desk were super nice !! not a lot of parking close to the front door / shared with red roof inn.

We contacted Expedia that same night, and they confirmed our reservation was for a double-bed room and agreed to assist in communicating with the hotel. However, Expedia was only able to reach the hotel three days later. Even after being contacted, the hotel refused to cooperate or discuss any resolution, and the issue remained unresolved. The main concern is not only the incorrect room assignment, but the hotel’s lack of honesty and accountability throughout the process. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and working toward a solution, they denied the issue and shifted responsibility to Expedia. If a hotel cannot even guarantee the room type that a guest has booked and paid for, then what exactly is the purpose of making a reservation? At the very least, the hotel should acknowledge the discrepancy honestly and make a reasonable effort to resolve it, rather than denying what was booked and shifting responsibility elsewhere. This hotel demonstrated poor integrity and very poor customer service. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

I usually don’t take the time out to write a review, But this time I needed to I had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel for a quick trip to Hershey

Everything was fine, except for the crazy amount of noise very late at night.

Great place but limited parking if they are full. Then you have to walk a good ways if you can't find a spot in front of the hotel.

Everything was good. The pool is open until 11:00 pm. Breakfast was at 6:30. Rooms were clean.

I’d definitely come back again . 1 of the better places I’ve stayed .

Yikes, this is definitely not the hotel pictured. A pretty dumpy old hotel that really needs a makeover

Very disappointed in our 3 night stay with my husband and 2 younger sons. I can’t remember the last time I stayed at a best western so I guess it’s the classic “you get what you pay for”. Our room was so dirty - the floors had crumbs, wrappers, dust, dirt, Bobby pins. The walls had splattered something on them (maybe coffee?). The floors were so sticky and dirty - I think the housekeeper is using too much cleaning product making the floor sticky, therefore dirt building up and sticking to it (accumulating over time). It did smell very clean though. I got on my hands and knees and wiped the floors with the hotel towel/water which made the white towel completely black. I wiped down every counter myself with a Lysol wipe because everything seemed sticky. The shower water pressure was non existent, I think this was just in our room because my mom and sisters rooms had good water pressure (which is where I showered). There was hair in the bathroom when I wiped down the counter in there. My husband and I are not complainers so I didn’t complain when I was there. We were so tired and just wanted to get settled that I didn’t want to wait for a new room. We just will never be staying at a best western again. One pro was that the room was so poorly cleaned that I got a free portable charger that was left there from the previous guests (I had forgotten mine at home).
