Enjoyed the space outside our room, quiet, cool, confortable chairs to sit and relax. Felt like an oasis hidden from all the rush and noise outside Room needed some maintenance, window curtains, new bed spread , maybe a warm blanket ,

beautiful place close to market and town center great staff good Italian restaurant hard to get info on transport to monarch park. restaurant not open on the 2nd day of our stay would have love eating there again

I liked everything at this hotel. It is not just a hotel - this is a real museum. Highly recommend to everybody. NOTHING.

No breakfast included. The decoration is delightful with antiques and beautiful plants. Located in Zitácuaro center, close to many options for food, café, convenient stores.... A bit noisy street during early morning, still is nice to wake up with the bell church calling to start living again.

Not any restaurants nearby. Onsite restaurant was closed on the Monday evening we were there.

The room was fairly clean. The property is very outdated/ the walls of the rooms are so thin you can hear every conversation and movement in adjacent rooms. Linens shabby.

The only nice place to stay in Zitácuaro. Very atmospheric old hotel with rooms around a courtyard. There is secure car parking. Rooms are slightly tired. Staff a bit surly.

The decoration of the place is (not the rooms) is very nice. It's a good location to choose if you are visiting the butterfly reserve. The shower in our rooms was horrible, the water was barely dripping from it. Also, when we arrived it took us some time to make the receptionist understand that we already had a reservation made and that we need 2 separate rooms. We did not feel welcomed. Besides that, it is overpriced for what it offers.
