The room was not worth the prices. Parking was across the street. The front desk staff was on the phone for over 5 minutes without even acknowledging I was waiting.

Had no issues with any staff interactions but it wasn't a very clean place. The room we got was poorly cleaned, the hotel has a musty smell and the pool had dirt and hair settled at the bottom. Very surprised by all the reviews saying this place is very clean.

Well situated in downtown Helena, wonderful breakfast buffet which is included. The bar and restaurant which is connected to the hotel, is excellent.

The location was close to an excellent ramen house, and there was plenty of parking. This property was extremely dirty. Extremely. We overheard housekeeping advising each other on what to clean and what to ignore. The hallways were full of trash bags. I was concerned enough to check the beds for bugs. I would have moved to another hotel if I had the option.
