Beautiful location. Room was very large and clean. Kitchenette was equipped with all the necessary equipment. You could walk 2 minutes to laundry and groceries and bus stop. 20 minutes from city center, or take the bus

The room and facilities were great. It was very nice to have a mini kitchen. It also had an AC in case it gets warm. It is about a 20 minute walk to the old town. It is on level ground so not a difficult walk. The tub is slippery so providing a nonslip mat is good to avoid accidents. It still was worth staying there because of all the comfort and mini kitchen.

Comfortable, good bed, has a fridge and sink. Nice staff and generous check in time. A bit far out from the main center but nothing too bad.

Hotel was walking distance to old town and the castle wasn't too far. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. We were particularly impressed with the room size—it was very spacious and featured a high-quality 'proper' bed for our daughter. Usually, hotels provide low-quality sofa beds, so this was a huge plus for us. While the flooring looked a bit dated with some visible scratches, the room was perfectly clean and well-maintained.

Lovely old building, large rooms, Clean and comfortable and nice bathrooms, staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again. Only issue was no elevator. With 2 large bags that was a an issue, but very helpful staff helped carry them up and down, so really, no complaints!

beautiful big family - room. Good breakfast, very sweet, great staff. Excellent location, downtown Heidelberg and castle in walk-able distance. Parking a bit of a challenge, street parking with with a special permit you get at the hotel but you better are a pro in parallel parking. really nice hotel, nothing to complain

It has en excellent location, clean and very spacious rooms. Nothing.

The location was easy walking distance to the old town and Christmas Market. Appreciated the free parking space. The room was very tasteful, lots of space and very clean. Prefer an actual shower but the bathroom was large which we appreciated.
