Fabulous staff especially in the restaurant and bar. Terrific breakfast selection. Air conditioning was brilliant. Beautifully clean. Right on bus and tram stops especially to Old Town. It is quite walkable for those who want.

The neighbourhood was a bit dodgy and the hotel changed the typology of room that we had booked without warning. The rooms smelled of smoke, cleaning was so-so but apart from that breakfast was ok and the personnel was friendly. The worse thing was that the rooms had a terrible smell of smoke and marijuana, which wouldn’t go away even if we kept the window open, as the smell was also in the curtains and furniture (we highlighted this to the hotel). Also, we were travelling as a family (two adults and a child) and had booked one room for three. At the arrival, they communicated to us that we had two separate rooms, so that one of us had to sleep with a child and the other one alone in the other room - not great if you are travelling as a family and especially, they should’ve told us before so that we would’ve had the time to book somewhere else.

We stayed at the other building, 3 doors down from reception and the restaurant. Room and beds were comfortable, nice coffee and teas offered in the hallway. Breakfast plentiful and good quality. Nice garden to relax in. A/C could have been a bit more efficient.

Loved our room and breakfast was fantastic! Air condition was wonderful and very appreciated when it was 33C outside. Also big thanks to the very friendly staff, when we forgot a shopping bag, which we could pick up a week later :-) Nothing

The location and cleanliness were good The property advertised “air conditioned rooms”. This was not the case. The staff’s suggestion was to open the window at night when the temperatures cooled down, but this is not in accordance with the advertised “air conditioning” which we prioritized when seeking a room to reserve.

The hotel has a parking (additional cost) and it was nice. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Aircon!
