Close to activities, a bit of a ride getting from the train station to the hotel with our luggage but work it. It was a great place to stay! AC was GREAT! Good room size, comfortable bed, nice shower, great balcony, Coffee maker in the room. There wasn't anything we didn't like. It was perfect for us and we would definitely stay there again. I wish they had a smart tv. The staff were great as well! No complaints!

Overall, I had a fantastic stay. Friendly staff, a comfortable room, a lovely balcony (which is quite rare in Heidelberg), excellent air conditioning, and a delicious breakfast made for a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Heidelberg. One small downside was that I couldn't easily find a restroom near the lobby and had to use the facilities in the connected Altes Hallenbad building

The hotel is beautiful. Very modern decor and upgraded. Very friendly staff, awesome beds… very comfortable in a great location. We enjoyed it very much! Nothing not to like!

Room was nice; clean, quiet, and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet, extra at €19.50 (not discounted for hotel guests). It was good enough. Parking was a little difficult to find and navigate, but it could’ve been the language barrier more than anything for us. It was about a 15 min walk to the center of Old Town. Not too bad. Overall a quieter area and still walkable to the activities.

Surprisingly the bathroom was so good! That's because I'm planning a new bathroom at home! Everything was really very good which helped make my stay wonderful in every way. In particular the staff were very helpful in explaining what to do and to see, where to eat etc.

The room was new, clean, and comfortable. The cafe downstairs is also nice and has upstairs area to work. After hours check-in worked perfectly.

Superb modern property. Everything is new and fresh. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is okay. The shower area is like a wet room which should be great but due to the position of the shower head the water goes everywhere. I tried many combinations with door open and closed and direction of the head but nothing stopped the water spreading into the rest of the bathroom and soaking the dry towel mat you put down. If a different shower head was fitted such as a rainfall style this would not be a problem. This is more of an observation than a criticism.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. the room was clean and and quiet even though I was facing the street. The location is a few hundred meters from the largest pedestrian shopping street in Germany. With many restaurants , shops and bars. There is nothing to report here.
