We had an amazing stay at Havelock Silversand! The place is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The private beach is stunning — truly a little slice of paradise ?? The staff were wonderful, always kind and attentive. A special thanks to Azar, the manager, for his warmth and professionalism — he really made our stay perfect. We loved every moment and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Havelock and looking for a serene, beautiful getaway!

The beach was nearby When we arrived there was rat by the sun loungers. With staff nearby sweeping!

Good breakfast and good location The arrogance and damn care attitude of the front desk staff was surprising They came across as if they were doing us a favor by staying at their resort. Left a bad impression.

Just the location and the clean beach Old rooms :( badly planned resort , poorly designed bathrooms

Amazing location, private clean, well maintained beach Food variety is limited, portion is huge and so is the pricing. They need to reduce the portions and the cost accordingly, otherwise, there is significant wastage, there is no half plate option either. Wifi is not available in the rooms, outdoor as well it is extremely poor, you have to rely on your own mobile data network.

Overall a wonderful experience. It was our 28th wedding anniversary. 1. Our room was excellent. Large, spacious and elegant 2. Property very well maintained ..loved the landscaping. 3. Staff attitude remarkable. Special mention about Suman at the restaurant who took special care of us. He was very helpful and explained to us in detail on areas to visit. He is very well mannered and polite and has exemplary guest relation skills. 4. Arrangement for our candlelight dinner under the full moon on the beach by the hotel. We loved it. 5. The music band ( the two lady singers) were very good and sang very good numbers. 6. We enjoyed the cocktails at the bar. 1. The internet is an issue. During Checkin my Credit card transaction was not going thru as the network was slow. It was a big amount and luckily I had funds in my UPI account ...not a good experience while checking in after a long flight from Delhi starting the previous night and a ferry ride to Havelock. You must ensure Check in is smooth.

The staff and their attitudes to doing their job well - with a smile. Much too expensive, and the bar food was not good. We started going ro another restaurant for food despite their own bar having good drinks.

lovely property. food was good, mostly south Indian staff was very friendly and efficient. I had room cleaning everyday. massages were very good. I had a Thai massage everyday, followed by a sauna. being on the east side of havelock it is good for sunsets and moonrises. this is mostly a family and couples resort. the wifi in the room was unreliable. sitting outside or in dining hall and lobby was better. not the fault of the resort but the beach on either side of the resort is heavily littered. the resort cleans its own beach but the government does not clean the beach anywhere. the problem is it faces the Andaman sea and plastic and everything else washes up from Thailand, Malaysia and Myanmar. the west side of the island does not have this problem. it is not an issue if you don't walk on the beach. the staff in the dining hall could have done a better job busing tables and they could have swept the floor more often.

Beautiful beach to swim on (although lots of rubbish either side of it which slightly ruins the experience). Lovely pool (although steps are hidden and a bit lethal!). Good food but extremely repetitive selection on half board. Quite often the staff were rude. For example we asked for a recommendation for a boat tour and the lady at reception laughed at us and said that they wouldn’t do them. Considering it’s an island we were surprised they weren’t willing to assist. Rooms very basic (no safe, iron, you have to ask at reception for it to be cleaned). Very large amount of stray cats and dogs roaming the resort, they were docile but quite unpleasant to have them constantly around. Extremely loud music being played at the bar from 5pm (I like music but this was ridiculously loud!). We stayed at sea shell after silver sands and there is no comparison for pretty much the same price all in.

Beach was good, Suvra on reception was very kind and helpful. Coconuts kept falling on cottage roof with massive crash sound each time. I just avoided being clobbered by a huge coconut branch falling on the path outside my cottage. Wi-Fi terrible except in reception, which to be fair, they did warn us of this at checking. Breakfast was like a bun fight every morning. Food very expensive- almost 3 times the of the Excellent Bengali restaurant just 50 yards up the road.

Nice setting though it’s a bit of the vibe of Mallorca-package-hotel Big room Room is lacking style as furniture are just placed no pictures on the walls, interior design doesn’t match the pricing and the league the hotel wants to play in Breakfast was of poor quality and variety in this level I expected more Breakfast room was super smelly need to change clothes after breakfast ? Considering the price and what they claim to be the hotel was a disappointment
