Customer service is horrible the maids are so disrespectful and the front desk is only helping when certain people are there. I’ve been about 3 times and management is terrible with accepting criticism.

Three days I was there, the t v did not work.The inhouse phone did not work.I really believe I deserve a discount.A rebate for the stuff that I paid for and did not get

There was NO ice machine on the premises. Desk clerk was rude. Breakfast was shut down by 8:00 am.

The rooms smelled bad one smelled like cig6 and the other just had a weird smell.

Room was clean, randomly got hit with a deposit chargein person after paying online way ahead of time, ($50 on top of $220 btw). Other residents were loud and fighting all morning and night, got bothered almost immediately by a random person... At least the inside of the room was as described.

The front desk staff were amazing. The room itself is dated, the bathroom sink clogged every time you use it. There was hair at the bottom or the toilet. Also I believe people live in the hotel as the tenants had a bbq one night. If you need a quick place to stay it will do but nothing more than 1 night.

Everything were nice but no clean towels for second shower

This place was disgusting I would not recommend anyone to stay there. We could not even shower there. Paid for three nights left the first night.

The first room smelled like mildew and felt damp. The unpleasant older male technician told me that was pretty much normal, and I was expecting to much. Needless to say, I'm waiting for a refund because I could not subject myself to that type of enviornment. I felt as if I would've had my first experience with bedbugs, and I couldn't chance it. The only semi-positive feedback I have is; the front desk clerk Ms. Lauren (I believe that was her name) was annoyed possibly by the guest before me or the lock outs she was coordinating, but she stayed professional and courteous while working with me. I believe she understood that enviornment was not conducive for me. They definitely should stress what type of MOTEL they are. It was a major waste of my time.

For the price of the room it was ok. Bath water was not hot enough. Second time that has happened.

One and done. Not coming back here again.

It was a nice and pleasant stay. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool, and the location is excellent for tourist.
