Great hotel, loved the cookies at check in

Room and location of hotel were good. Lifts stank of cannabis. Breakfast was absolutely terrible. The welcome cookie was delicious.

Place was clean and convenient. Their system was down when I checked in so it's not the staff's fault they were a bit overwhelmed with slowed customers who had to fill out forms. All the same, that is exactly the time to extend extra courtesy to the customer . . .

The tv was not plugged in and I had to call for service, the air conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep. figure out how to quiet the air conditioner

the 10th floor, my room was noisy because of near-by highway. Close to Bucknell Park which provided a pleasant walk. Check-out was simple.

Facilty looked nice. Hot a handicap room with bed on floor. Lady who checked us in was rude to the older gentleman checking in before us and man checking has out made a perverted comment which was disgusting.
