Staff were so welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself needs attention. Our room smelled terrible and looked rough. Everything needed refreshing, replacing or repainting. Location is fine and they have plenty of parking. We didn’t want to be in the room at all. We didn’t check out the breakfast either. Such a bummer!

TThe hotel made college drop-off feel extra special and celebratory! The photo station, along with the snacks and drinks, was such a thoughtful touch. It made arriving families feel welcomed and added a fun, memorable moment to an already emotional day. We truly appreciated the effort!

Unexpectedly cozy and warm welcomed hotel

Arrived early, got an early checkin. Good location and value. Quiet. Very good breakfast.

This place is very bare bones. The staff was very nice, and I appreciate that they have popcorn and cookies in the lobby. But the lobby and hallways smelled faintly of smoke. The room mostly smelled pretty normal. The beds were okay. Just extremely basic. A case of you get what you pay for I think.

Everything was well maintained. Everything was good. Doing any problem once we got.
-
Breakfast was okay, the usual buffet. The room was clean but felt damp.
-
Always clean, friendly and convenient walking to bars and restaurants.
-
The room looked fine at first but then our whole family realized it smelled of urine or something like it and everyone had to cover their noses to sleep. We think it was the carpet.
-
A great, safe, family friendly place to stay. The free breakfast was waffles, sausage, juice, bagels, eggs, yogurt, etc...anything you could expect. Great area on our way to DC to drop our daughter off at University. Right by a Walmart, Texas roadhouse, and Panera. GREAT location.

The rooms looked unkept. My wife went back to the front desk and the young lady asked if we would like another room and also offered to clean the bathroom., but my wife ended up cleaning it. If it wasn’t for the young lady at the front desk the rating would have been a one at best.

Common areas of hotel seem to be clean, but the room was not very clean.
-
When arriving 2 hours early, the women at the front desk was fairly rude and would not let me check in early even though my room was cleared already. Then would not let me leave my bags with them. Never had this experience in my many hotel stays elsewhere. Won’t stay here again.
-
Very nice area and a lot of food options.
-
Very nice hotel with clean comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast. However the Internet is horrible. The front desk guy gave me a code to make it better but it was still very poor. Also, there was a problem with the keycards. I had mine reprogrammed 5 times during a 3 night stay. Staff was great but both issues were out of their control. I visit Harrisonburg 4 or 5 times a year but probably won't stay here again as I wasn't able to work from the room due to the connection issues.

Nice stay. Clean and comfortable

Never again it was dirty and the staff was not friendly
