Hanoi E Central Hotel

Location was excellent in Old quarter and the staff are exceptional. Everyone is so friendly and caring. The room we got was old and faced the back of the property so not much light.

We had a wonderful large room with a great view of the city! The bed was super comfortable and the AC was working great. Staff prepped us breakfast in the morning for our super early arrival and let us check in early when we arrived.

I am so thankful to Lisa and Hanoi E Central Hanoi hotel for making my first trip to Vietnam so memorable and special! I live in the US and have never traveled so far internationally before, so I when I arrived in Vietnam, I was a little worried. I had prebooked a stay at Hanoi E Central Hanoi.                   When I arrived at the hotel, I met Lisa, who greeted me with a cheerful voice and beautiful smile. (Little did I know that Lisa would make this trip a dream come true!) She then gladly led me to my room. The room was spacious and clean, with all the proper amenities. I immediately felt comfortable in the room! The hotel truly felt like a five-star hotel!                   I also decided to book different activities through Lisa! She asked me about the types of places I was interested in and made wonderful suggestions! With her guidance, I chose the Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh excursions! Ha Long Bay was incredible! I booked a cruise there through Lisa. I greatly enjoyed the excursions from the cruise ship, and the buffet on the cruise was delightful! Of course, Ha Long Bay was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen! However, my favorite excursion was in Ninh Binh. The canoe ride that I took there was unreal! There was such a calmness and serenity in the surrounding area. The mountains and caves were both breathtaking, and I lost track of time because I was so mesmerized! I also greatly enjoyed the hiking portion of the excursion and the lunch there! I hope to go back soon!                   I cannot thank Lisa and the hotel staff enough for the wonderful stay I had with them. Lisa’s customer service is absolutely incredible, and she is a great asset for the team! Ultimately, my first experience in Vietnam was life-changing, and Lisa and the hotel were a great reason for that! Thanks again! Non

The hotel is in a great location. Near the old quarters. The room rate is good and the room is cleaned and dark for sleeping. The room could be noisy since the walls are thin and next to other rooms. There are three rooms on each floors. There are seven title floors. The food buffet could be much better. It would be nice to offer guests a morning drink since other hotels we have been to offer this kind service each morning.

Wir wurden gleich freundlich empfangen und auch sonst war der Support vom Team excellent. Das Bett war auch bequem und sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder ? Der Boden, vor allem unter dem Bett war leider nicht richtig sauber.

Nothing much to complain. The breakfast buffet options felt a bit limited compared to other places I’ve stayed at but that wasn’t really an issue for me :)

This was our second time at Hanoi E Central. We really love the place. The location is excellent and the staff Rub y and all of them are very helpful, polite accommodating and lovely. The breakfast is good and the rooms are comfortable and well equipped., Nothing of note.

We had an excellent experience during our stay in Vietnam. Everything was outstanding—from the hotel facilities and comfortable accommodations to the well-organized tours and transportation arrangements. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Rosie, who went above and beyond to assist us with booking tours and organizing transport throughout our trip. Her recommendations, efficiency, and warm hospitality made our vacation stress-free and even more enjoyable. We felt well taken care of from the moment we arrived until our departure. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vietnam and would happily stay here again in the future!

I feel that they could turn on the ACs in the rooms a bit longer before check in so the room is cold when guests arrive.

The staff! So friendly and welcoming. The view from the penthouse, could see in 3 directions. Being at the top of the building with so many windows made the suite heat up during the day. With the a/c only on when you were in the room, it took a long time to cool down at the end of the day.

The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of choices. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and accommodating especially Lisa and Rosie. Overall, the stay was comfortable and relaxing. N/A

Amazing last-minute rescue! Top-tier hospitality. We transferred here at the last minute after a bad experience elsewhere, and Hanoi E Central Luxury Hotel exceeded all expectations. Booking was seamless, and they instantly confirmed our rooms, even upgrading one of the 2 rooms to accommodate our family of five! Rosie and her team were incredibly helpful and welcoming. On our final day, they arranged a last-minute airport van for us in under an hour. When we checked out on Sunday afternoon, the intern staff even gave us beautiful Vietnamese souvenirs. From the rooms to the customer service, everything was exceptional. Thank you, Rosie and team, for a wonderful stay! Absolutely nothing—everything was perfect! My only regret is that we didn't book this hotel the moment we arrived in Hanoi from Ninh Binh. It is hands-down one of the best hotels in the Old Quarter.
