The attention to detail from the staff make this place at 10 out of 10. Unbelievable! Dolly and all of the service, door personnel, and front staff were excellent. Learning our names and habits. Just perfect. Even though the room was not perfect by any means, the staff really made up for it. We grabbed fruit from the street and without a question, they offered to cut it for us and bring it on a plate. It was scrumptious. The restaurant server is also fantastic! The buffet has wonderful variety and staff are very attentive. We also used laundry service and it was great. They helped us get a motorcycle to rent and even though the bike itself was not perfect, they made sure everything else was OK. Our little family would return there in a heartbeat. The pool is very small. It’s an overall small rooftop, but a fantastic time regardless. All the staff was absolutely fantastic, as previously mentioned, except maybe for one of the bald cranky pool attendees. Our room was relatively small and we had asked for City view and were placed facing directly towards another building. Again, very little inconvenience, considering the overall hotel. We initially stayed in the old quarter area however found the french quarter more relaxing and cleaner. The hotel itself is quite nice and modern. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Crab from guest services was a fantastic help in anything we needed

Only problem was the soundproofing of the rooms. I could hear all the steps of people walking, maids cleaning outside, other rooms slamming the door open/close, even though our room was the last room right at the end of the corridor. Our first room right next to the elevator was worst. Also the sunshade at the window could use a big improvements as there were big gaps between the window and the shade so the sunlight would hit directly at your face in the morning as the bed positioning was perfectly align.
