Don’t trust Expedia. They will change the dates you put in if you are not careful. You put in for a room 2 hours away and then they change it for a week ahead. Can’t check in without paying for a room at the desk and then not anywhere near the hotel a week later so so you lose a hundred dollars.

I did not care for the bagel breakfast. My husband and I do not eat bread and the other options of instant oatmeal and cold cereal was unappealing. The location was ok and easy to get to the interstate. That the elevator was a little dicey. We were afraid to use it. The breakfast selection was subpar to other properties we have visited in the past. Disappointed. Upon connecting with the wi-fi my computer was immediately infected. No one was able to assist with the repairing of my electronic.

As soon as I walked in Carmenithia was so welcome and checked us in immediately. Once in our room she reached out to see if there was anything else she could help us with. The room was clean with a fresh aroma when we entered. Breakfast was enough to get us started with our day. Kitchen staff and housekeeping was so polite and helpful. I love the respect and kindness shown while speaking with the guest. I would definitely stay here again.

everything was nice and clean, the water pressure could have been better. there were a few water bugs i saw in the hallway/lobby. there were no bugs in the room! the front desk was very nice and helpful, even making sure i had gotten the best rate for the room.
