Needs a chair so you can sit without being in bed

Convenient location Rooms smell old and musty. Not enough off street parking to fit all guests. Located right next door to a very loud pub and the music makes your room shake its that loud.

Quiet and clean The checking process. I had to call and ask to be sent the codes for the front and my room number and code. 1st email had front and room number, no room code. I called again and was told a code would be sent in 3 to 5 minutes. 2nd email came in 10 minutes with a door code that didn't work. The contact said they would reset the door it would be good in 3 to 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, I tried, no good. The then 8 then 10. I called back again, a different person answered, I explained what had happened and they said they would reset the door, again. This person kept me on the line. I was told the number and asked to wait for reset. When told to try, I keyed in the number. No good. They then tried to rest again. I then tried it worked, I was in my room 1 hour after I arrived at the hotel. The call centre staff were polite but the system they are using is rubbish.

the room was large, though a comfy chair added would've been good. unfortunately there was lot of noise at night. People in the hallway talking for an hour

Booking was easy. The room was fairly clean. The amenities work fine. The last day when I took the option to stay until 12:30, giving my credit card details for mentioned 45AUD, a lady called me asking for 5 dollar more and was telling me that I didn't give the full amount. I clarified that the online system mentioned about 45 dollars. She was kinda non-apologetic and repeated the same thing. At last, without saying "sorry" she kind of demanded the 5 dollar from me. So, we decided to go early instead. Also, the parking was very narrow. First come first serve, so we didn't get a fair spot on the next day as all the parking slots were already taken. Also, no service was attached with the offer like any other hotels. Rather we had to pay if we decided to take some service.

shower pressure was non existant, bed mattress was not great and my feet were elevated above my head.

A little bit bigger fridge would of been lovely

Being ripped off on the price of the room. The room looked reasonably clean and well appointed but the carpet was old and worn and dirty. However, the corridors stunk of cigarette smoke and the carpets were filthy and very unpleasant to walk through.

It was within walking distance of the Hamilton train station and my meeting venue. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Towels and linen were clean and plentiful. The floor, in particular, was grubby.
-
The place need's too be condemned, mould/mildew smell was horrendous, swore you could see mould growing more overnight

Prompt refund, despite accommodation reporting us as a no show, following their errors. Room not ready. Unwelcoming. We completed our check in online and received confirmation. On entering our room using codes provided in confirmation we found the room had not been cleaned, evident by the former guests wet towels on the bathroom floor. Not good
-
Basic room, comfortable bed. As expected for the price. Very basic accommodation, not staffed.
-
was quiet and close to train station, main street of Hamilton with eateries etc was around the corner. Place was as expected. Reported the main light not working and it was fixed within 30 minutes. We did not experience the issues others had reported. There were no plates, bowls or cutlery even though there was a microwave and fridge. Pillows were a bit hard.
