Cute little place in a great neighborhood with amazingly friendly staff!

I liked when I checked out knowing I will never come back. Location is ghetto. Room was smaller than they look in the pictures. They had water on the table with no sign next to it, but then charged me €9 for them when I checked out. Shower had no shampoo, conditioner or soap. Staff was rude.

It is in a nice neighborhood of town. It is dirty but it is part of the folklore. The building is almost recently renovated. The bathroom smells after a kitchen restaurant. Hence also the towels in the bathroom had the same smell. Even with the ventilation constantly on, the small stayed (no window in the bathroom). The room is even smaller than it looks. There is no place to leave your luggage and they resolved the absence of a wardrobe with some random hangers around the room, not pretty, not useful. The receptionist is almost never there. There is a chatbox to communicate, but nobody is there to answer. You will receive an email some hours later, so hopefully you did not have any urgent question. Another nonsense: if you want your room to be cleaned, you need to deliver a plastic card to some mailbox downstairs. You are given an old bulky key to enter the building and the room. Don't use the locker at the door to store it there, because the code you are given expires before you end your stay. Luckly I suspected this could happen. The chatbox replied to this question several hours later. I managed not to lock myself out thanks to my own common sense - if something is logic to you (store a bulky key in the appropriate keybox you are given so you won't lose it while you are out), it will not be logic to the lady that set the code up!! We just reason in very different ways, fortunately this time I anticipated that the lady was not going to use common sense and made a code that would expire a few hours later!!

Everything about my stay was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean, and I really appreciated the quality of the linens and towels, as well as the commitment to environmentally friendly practices. I will absolutely be back next time I am in Hamburg! N/A

It was the best location, it was clean, perfect for one person. The bathroom was quite small but ok for one person, it wouldn’t stop me from returning.

The location of the hotel is just perfect, in a very cool and vibrant part of Hamburg. The hotel is really neat, and the rooms are clean, cosy and very quiet - and also there are provided good advice for restaurants and things to do in the area on small notes in the room. The personnel in the reception also gave good advice on alternative ferry routes and what to see.

We had an amazing stay at MyPlace Hotel. The staff was so nice and talkative and they made sure we felt at home. The room we booked was super clean, modern and cozy and we loved the placement of the hotel. The hotel is on a quiet street but if you walk around the corner you are in the most lovely area in Hamborg.
