Best Western Premier Alsterkrug Hotel

due to early flight, would have been nice to have an option to pick up packed breakfast rather none

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. The Junior Suite was exceptionally spacious, with a separate lounge area, a balcony, and a large bathroom featuring both a bath and a separate shower. Even with an additional bed in the room, there was still plenty of space. The rooms were spotless, very quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable, making for an excellent night's sleep. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always happy to assist. The hotel's restaurant exceeded expectations, with excellent food and a lovely outdoor garden dining area that created a relaxing atmosphere. Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay, and overall the hotel offered outstanding value for money. Its location is also very convenient for Hamburg Airport, being only around a 10-minute drive away. Breakfast was also a good selection. There was very little to dislike about this hotel. The only real improvement I would suggest is the addition of a complimentary airport shuttle. Given its close proximity to Hamburg Airport, this would be a valuable service for travellers. Although the hotel was very helpful in arranging taxis, a shuttle would make the experience even more convenient. I also did not see a pool but to be honest I arrived late and left early.

The hotel is in a nice area, close to the river. Amazing hotel spa! Our room faced the main street, but the window had a good seal, so we didn't hear the traffic, which was great! There is space for paid parking on the premises (+ free on the street). The wifi in our room on the 3rd floor wasn't great.

Due to a cancelled flight, the closest and available room. Guy at the desk offered me an apple since I did not have dinner and everything was closed. Thanks again for that! Quite expensive since I arrived at 1AM and had to leave at 5AM, and did not have the chance to use the facilities and have breakfast. Not their fault though!!

A clean room. Parking was not offered automatically as stated on booking com. site. It should be booked apparently.

Good location and very friendly staff!

The SPA / Wellness are was superb. Not crowded at all and plenty of towels available. Car parking was available on the hotel ground, free of charge. Some service like resupply of coffee capsules and mini bar snacks came a few hours after we have already checked-in.

Your reception staff (dark hair and a dark beard) were very arrogant and unwelcoming. I will not recommend your hotel to the rest of our company.

They called us at 11 am to Check out , even our before, we could not use the spa, and 7:30 in the Morning Garden work just outside out window , horrible

The spa and sauna is so awesome. Really good setup and very convenient. The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food us fantastic as well. Excellent location from the airport within walking distance The vending machine on the 3rd floor is a little expensive and it sells red wine bottles that need a cork screw. Very little I didn't like so I had to think of something to complain about
