Comfortable, clean and quiet even during New Year’s Eve Nothing to complain about

Nothing The nearest train station is 15 minutes away from hotel by walk, the breakfast was not selected due to high price, I booked two rooms for me and for the children but one day the children toilet shower drain was blocked and water went out the toilet and reached the door step while taking shower and when we informed the reception instead of apologizing they said why you have not notified us !!! Upon arrival, I informed the reception that we need daily rooms cleaning and they accepted that but afterward they skipped some days without reason although of our earlier deal. Prior to our check out two days, I requested them to provide a mini van taxi to airport, however; they said we are unable to do that because we deal with one company only and it was fully booked or you have to use two taxis !!!! Otherwise , you should fix it by your self !!!!! In addition, the lift was bit slow because it is old since 1991 ! Maybe more things but I don’t recognize right now :(

A bit expensive.

Location is good, it is 20 min to walk train station. It is 30 min to canal road, red houses, canal, church, famous streets. Breakfast is good, stuff was smiling. Room was small for the family. Price is a bit expensive .

Staff friendly and helpful and bed very comfortable I was disappointed with the twin duvets. Not being used to the single duvet, it kept slipping off and I was awoken by the cold!

It is clean, warm and staff is great. Our family feels welcomed here. It also a great value for money when travelling with (especially) teenage kids. Location is in the city, in walking distance from the train station. We love the design and that container-furniture

I al very dissatisfied with my stay because this hotel is not worthy of 4 stars. When you call and select English as the language, they do not answer the phone. They only pick up if you choose German. I explicitly requested two baby beds over the phone and also included this information in my booking details. Upon arrival, no one was aware of this request. They came to the room to argue and discuss that there was no space. What a terrible service—hotel staff should understand what 4-star service entails. In the end, they folded up the second bed and provided only one baby bed. Later, I reported that the fridge was not working, and all I heard back was that they couldn’t find anything in the system. First day room is not cleaned, it cannot be that if we leace at 13:00 that the room will not be cleaned

The hotel staff is very friendly. Upgraded to a junior suite. Breakfast is good, many choices. Hotel located 20 mn walk from the center or 10 mn walk from the nearest S-Bahn (local train)

breakfast, price, location. it was too warm and loud in the night.

Breakfast times spaned from 06:30 (?) to 10:00, perfect for early birds and late riser, with a rich variety of food. The hotel is somewhat close-by to the S3/S5, also not far away from the central parts of the city.
