Location was conveniently next to train station which would be helpful especially those with children or elderly. We arrived a tad earlier around 1ish and the counter lady was unbothered, unfriendly and simply said come back at 3 without even hearing anything from us. Not professional for an award hotel at all. Asked kindly if we could at least leave the luggage and she was kinda hesitant but still did it anyways. Breakfast staff find it an offence when asked what type of sausage is served because there were no food tags/label on the counter. Maybe she was stressed but there was only one person before her to attend! Disappointed much!

Proximity to the city especially the spice wharves. Two female staff members were nice, the others attitude was rather ambivalent not really guest focussed at all. We had cutlery that was not cleaned up after one night and we were staying two. When we took the dirty cup down to reception it couldn’t be replaced as no additional staff member.

The hotel is situated in a part of the city which is really pleasant! Very calm. The hotel as all the facilities and a wonderful breakfast. Our stay was really nice.

Excellent location and very quiet outdoors. Lovely breakfast included in our package. Lovely and spacious area for breakfast and reception area.

The staff was very helping and kind. Good location and nice deco for the lobby. Also, big space for a room. People were keep stealing and ignoring queue and we wasted about 15-20 minutes. It would be better to be clear in and out sign for the reception. Also, one of a bath towel was contaminated. Maybe it could be in better condition with care.
