Places were walkable, neigh was quiet and clean and safe Maybe have a sliding on sides of stairs to slide down (up) big luggages
-
I like that it is just walking distance to the CCH. The room was cozy and clean There wasn’t an outlet near the bed
-
An overall excellent experience, beautiful room with balcony, great staff, amazingly central and easily accessible, surrounded by a beautiful part of the city. I would book here again any time! The single bed was very comfy, great bed, but just a bit small if you're tall and like some space.

The staff, the location, the room

Floor makes noise when we walk.

The hotel is in a beautiful historic building in a quiet area, right next to CCH. Checkin and checkout is quick and simple. The room was clean and well tended. The breakfast buffet is quite small and ridiculously expensive. 22 EUR per person and day can only be described as a ripoff. There is plenty of cafes in the area with better and cheaper breakfast options.

Old building so quite noisy. Decor is very outdated
-
Nice location, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and a parking lot which is free during the over-night hours. Excellent breakfast.
-
Wonderful location, great breakfast, room comfy and bright. The staff was helpful and kind, with very good communication. The interior decor is stylish and a little old style, giving it the charm of an historical building. Bathroom very small; coffee and tea making facilities in the bedroom would have been appreciated. Breakfast a bit overpriced for what was offered. The value for money was a little unbalanced in general.

Basic but fair enough
-
Only the central location was good. The hotel is extremely overpriced for what it offers — no real services, no comfort, and the room felt neglected. The furniture was damaged (as shown in the attached photos), and overall the quality did not match the price.

Good location near an S-bahn station and the university. Very nice staff. Good breakfast, a bit expensive. A self service room with snacks and beverages open 24 hours Old building re-purposed for hotels (each floor was a different hotel, they shared a night doornan), very charming layout. You have to climb an initial set of steps inside before you reach the elevator. I wish they had separate shampoo, conditioner, and body soap instead of the combined hair&body product that's terrible on both skin and hair.
-
very friendly and helpful staff Hotel is at first floor and no lift available most of the time, also a lot of road noise until mid night
-
The people from the crew were so nice.

Difficult access in 1st room was unpleasant. Suite room was perfect for access and I liked the rooms. . Liked the style, comfort. Difficulty communicating to foreign staff due to language skills
-
Everything was great. Location, staff. Comfort …. Really , nothing to complain about. For my taste , I would have liked a bigger bathroom .. but this is a minor thing.
