The peacefulness, the prompt attention to my early arrival & receiving a great room and a cup of coffee in the breakfast room without charge An automatic coffee/ tea maker in room would be nice

Clogged sink, only one pillow and wooded headboard so no sitting in the bed, room service would try to come in even after making clear that I was there and did not require room service, breakfast was more expensive than ordering anything in the city to the hotelroom using uber eats and it wasn't even in the same building as the room.

Clean Kind staff Good location, near the station No air conditioning, although I didn't need it. They are not generous; they offer only a bottle of water for your whole time of stay, whatever your duration of stay. (at least they should put in a bottle of water each day.) No minibar or mini coffee.

Charming - old fashioned yet modern- great public spaces to meet with friends and family- staff very professional and friendly- we’ll be back!

Location, welcoming staff, flexible check-in, clean facilities Room a bit dated, quite expensive for a room that felt like a « staff studio » below the roof (which was quite warm for a sunny Hamburg week-end), expensive breakfast (not bad, but not worth that price)

Perfect location at the heart of Hamburg, close to the Uni and a walking distance from Dammtor. Particularly if you're interested in Kosher food, there are several options right next door. Very clean and quiet. Very helpful staff. A bit expensive.

It is a charming hotel in a residential area of Hamburg, close to the university. Breakfast is fantastic and staff very friendly. Nice shower! I found it rather expensive, though other hotels at this location had similar prices at that time. The rooms could use an update, though the bathroom was impeccable and nice. Wireless was poor (main house).
