Staff is very kind. Bed are comfortable and the hotel is very close to the station. This ara of Hamburg is very rough. It is not fault of the hotel, tough. Facilities are somewhat outdated, however fairly well kept.

The hotel receptionist was the best ever, friendly, welcoming, and so eager to provide useful info on Hamburg which really helped. The area around the hotel and station is a bit intimidating (like most large cities), attracting many unfortunate sleeping rough, etc.

Location. I had a layover night between the buses, so the hotel was great for this. Extremely helpful and nice staff. Breakfast is good Very dangerous neighbourhood at night.

Location (close to bus station), price and friendly staff. Area is not pleasant. My room was on the street side 5th floor during summer, so the window stayed open, and there were disturbing loud noises coming from the street literally all night. Toilet that was shared did not smell clean but this could be due to other guests. The whole building feels outdated.

Nice personal, good breakfast. Terrible location, worst street I ever been only homeless and drug addictive. No air condition.

The staff were terrific. Clean and location excellent. The area has dubious demographic all around.

The close location to the hauptbanhof made late night arrival smoother. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly with the kids. BONUS POINTS for having a fan!! The neighbourhood didnt seem the best for a longer stay.
