Location AC would be great, especially in the 5th floor during summer

The door was very tricky to open and often required multiple attempts to unlock it

Excelent location right besides the underground station and very close to a super market and restaurants. Good showers with hot water. The lighting was horrible, the bed was sagging, and the elevator very small.

I liked that it was close to rail transportation. Other than that, there is nothing to like about the hotel. First of all, the price and comfort balance is not suitable, I stay in many hotels in many countries around the world, I can easily say that I did not receive any service for the 165 euros I paid for 1 night. In the system, it says 90-140 cm wide for a single bed, I think the bed is the smallest size (90 cm or less )and you cannot move it on one side of the wall, on the other side the fixed coffee table is in your face and I could not sleep for 2 nights. It is an old hotel, it is not comfortable, the toilet is very small, I had to pull my belly in to get into the shower. There is no reception when you enter the hotel, don't pay attention to the fact that it says "Breakfast", breakfast is not provided. You get your key from the check-in section and enter. They did everything to reduce costs and make more money for themselves, but they did not show the same respect for their customers. It was a boring and bad stay for 2 days for me.

Superb

The room was nice and had a comfy armchair. Several restaurants and food stores are nearby and there is a large fridge where you can buy drinks in the entrance area. It also isn't far to the subway station, where you can get to CCH and Planten un Blomen in a single stop or to the main station in 5 stops. The bathroom could not be locked (private Bathroom in the 2-bed room, so not a big issue).

Great location. The center is easy to reach and meanwhile you discover a very beautiful neighborhood!

The wide angle pictures don’t relay the actual dimensions of the room and shared spaces - everything is tiny!

Perfectly solid option for a few nights on a business trip. Clean, easy to use, quiet, and very well located. Would reccomend and stay again.

It was quite ok - small rooms, very clean. If you get the room with a window to a main street - it is going to be noisy. Breakfast is poor choice: egg, bread, some sausage and jams. Also, they are slow on refilling everything. They shall improve on this.

All stuffs are friendly and smily. Breakfast is good and I enjoyed it every morning. Access from the Hamburg airport is good and hotel is quite near from the station of Hallerstrasse. The room is clean and comfortable space.

Great location opposite the Underground, only 2 stops to the city and the Binnen Alster. Or you could walk to the beautiful Außen-Alster. Many restaurants in walking distance. I missed a coffee making facility for a quick morning coffee in the room.

good location，good breakfast we had 2 rooms，but the light was broke in the first bathroom，and the second bathroom has terrible problem，the shower is broke and the water was everywhere，there is no drain on the ground，we had to clean by ourselves for hour long……… There is no service at all.

The location is great the staff really helpful and friendly it is very clean and safe No refrigerator in the room and no electric kettle
