The bed is comfortable The wellness area and pool were nice The location is great The room is expensive (for the value) There was no mentioning that city tax needed to be paid either through booking.com or by the hotel itself. It just got charged to my credit card but I would have liked to pay with an alternative method (and would have liked to be informed upfront).

Wonderful location. Beautiful building. Nice room. Kind staff. The hotel lobby is horrible. As if it was designed by a 90 year old grandma. Such a shame.

Breakfast! Until 11am during the week and very good :-) The bathroom doors are arranged in a weird way with the toilet room door opening into the standing room in front of the sink.

Everything was exceptional! They truly paid attention to every little detail. Our housekeeper was AMAZING — so attentive and caring with our suite. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Better than in picture! I recommend the food from their restaurant too, delicious!

Location ATM exchange rate in the lobby was crazy (extra $35 to withdraw euro) and bar prices were a bit high.

Super good hotel location we had a nice view. Staff are nice and accomodating Just saying that...they had 2 reception and have to proceed to 8 flr if you come late for check in. (For info)

Staff were all great Rooms large, the blackout curtains dont fully blackout Nespresso machine was useful and the bottled water and tiny fridge Pillows!!! far too thin and zero neck support, what is wrong with all these hotels. In japan they give you soft and firmer options. Westin need to come up with better pillows There is no sheet between body and comforter, I didnt expect that. The big issue is the awful comforter, its 100% polyester, so the heat and body sweat from the man made fibre is the worst, why on earth doesnt a brand like this have natural comforters, its basically the same as the cheapest awful chains in the uk but at these prices. I took out the comforter and used just the cover. Not ideal and also with no sheet whose sweat from the night before is next to me? yuk There are places to eat in the local area, sadly its pizza and Italian mostly which I avoid like the plague, alot of locations is going this way :(. Pizza is not dinner,

Comfortable beds & room, stylish, fabulous views, superb pool, small window area opening for fresh air within the vast wall to ceiling windows (ie not a completely sealed in environment). Closeness to Elbphilarmonie and the highlights of Hamburg.
