Location in city center and bed is comfortable Im general many hotels requested us to pay city tax and they mentioned it’s not in booking fees?? Very strange need to be resolved for future reservations otherwise we will move to other websites

Location My valuable Cartier gold ring disappeared from my room immediately after housekeeping cleaned it. The reception staff were unhelpful and refused to contact the police using the hotel telephone. Several other requests during our stay were also ignored, including drying the wet bathroom, preparing the sofa bed, and replacing the water bottles. The hotel’s handling of this serious and distressing incident was completely unacceptable.

Great stay! Wonderful hospitality, a magnificent breakfast that felt top-tier, and a fantastic, vibrant location. The rooms look somewhat dated and would benefit from an update. Given the overall state, the rate felt slightly overpriced.

It is one of the nicest neighborhoods in all of Hamburg. The hotel was lovely but it would be nice to be closer a stop on the U/S lines.
