The location and the surroundings, the bed was clean. The breakfast was decent. The rooms and furnishings are worn off and outdated. The wall and carpets are very dirty. It doesn't deserve a 5-star rating.

The Spa offerings are a delight. For us the breakfast was our personal highlight of the day. The selection is phenomenal and the staff acts attentive and discreet. We loved our stay.

I was disappointed to find there was no bellboy available when I arrived. I struggled with my suitcase while trying to manage the revolving/moving door, which made the check-in experience quite frustrating. I expected more assistance at a hotel of this level.

I enjoyed the tranquil location of this hotel. It is not a tourist destination, more of a business or weekend getaway stay location. I was able to walk the 20mins to the S bahn to go into the city centre. The staff are charming. The neighbourhood is a bit boring. I wouldn't stay there unless it was for work.
