Good location with very clean room equipped with air conditioning. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the price was reasonable. Some of the reception staff had limited English proficiency, which made communication somewhat difficult. In addition, the cleaning staff knocked on our door and woke us up, which was frustrating given our late arrival the previous night.

Nice place for a couple of nights. Clean and safe. Great location and the staff was helpful. There are two on this street so make sure you are at the right one.

Breakfast was really good with home made muesli and cereal. location was great. Close to everything but none of the negatives of the Reeperbahn. Parking seems to be limited and we got the last spot. Nothing really to call out. Seems to be a bit short on goodies like bathroom utilities and a fridge in the room.

Room temperature. AC was not working and the hotel was really warm. Either had to struggle to sleep in the heat or sleep with the window open and put up with the road noise

The hotel staff was very unfriendly, except for two girls from Spain who solved many of the connection problems. The free internet connection was insufficient to download medium-sized files, so I had to go to the paid version. Importantly: although we asked for it repeatedly, the last 3 days the staff did not clean our room Staff, especially in the lobby and in the room.
