Cozy little hotel in the heart of Hamburg

I‘ve stayed in +20 hotels in Hamburg including the famous ones - this is as close as it gets to my absolute comfort zone. Quiet, boutique, great decor, incredibly friendly staff, 5 mins walk to main station, great spa, great breakfast - and never sell-y or trying too hard. Absolute recommendation, I will never again go anywhere else in Hamburg. Hawaii is far away.

Loved this boutique hotel. Such a fun retro vibe. The little cafe and bar with meal and snack options all day was an especially nice surprise. The rooms have so much charm. The staff was wonderful, very helpful with directions and suggestions. The breakfast was delicious with their own honey and breads. There was a lot of construction going on nearby. Not their fault but made navigating the streets a little tricky. They wrote to us prior to our arrival to let us know so that was really considerate.

Excellent location! Our room was so quiet and comfortable. All the staff were super nice and friendly. Loved the living room lounge, very cozy. Nothing! Everything was wonderful.

The setup and design is wonderful and down to the detail. Breakfast was exceptional great with so many choices. We will come back. Not enough room to store the luggage.

HENRI is somewhere between luxury hotel and boutique hotel. This is a very nice touch in a city visit. Staff is polite, professional, helpful and responsive. Location is quite convenient place for almost every purpose of stay Their clean the room every second day of stay but make the bed and resupply the materials every day. Probably they make a thorough cleaning before a new customer. We stayed five nights and the fourth day we discovered dust builds up at deep corners. This is a negative point keeps them away from being excellent

Location-close to train station and shopping/eating Small vanity but still had shelves and hooks to make up for that lack of space. German “air conditioning” is not the same as US but not too hot and windows opened.

The location is perfect - quiet and close to everything. The facility is clean and comfortable. The location and quality of room are the best.

The room was very comfortable and quiet, the location was convenient and surprisingly quiet, the breakfast buffet was excellent and always well stocked, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! I would love to stay here again. If I had to nitpick, the shower controls were very touchy and it was a bit difficult to get the shower to a comfortable temperature. That said, that's the only thing I could find to complain about at all.

Lovely large room. Well equipped. Comfortable bed. Fully functional bathroom with both shower and bath. Carved out of a converted building. Need a card to enter street door. Tight public space.

The breakfast was great and the room was comfy. Great location!

Nicely fitted out downtown Hotel Construction site opposite

The location is amazing.. the decor really suited my taste, very comfy room with excellent bathroom. All the small things thought of.. tea/coffee, generous bottled water .. lovely windows, curtains and blinds.. the light food on offer in the evenings included in the price.. lovely touches overall! Unfortunately a building site right up to our windows which started at 7am each morning but I could live with that! Shower ran cold on two mornings.. not good Breakfast ok and very tight in terms of space, mugs for coffee!! … the lobby is poor.. reception is the bar ! But I could cope with that! One or two receptionists could work on their friendly manner , others very pleasant. Lights flickered in my daughter’s room rendered them unusable..

Literally everything The receptionist , unfortunately, I do not remember his name was phenomenal. It will definitely not be our last visit . Also, which has to be mentioned (the pet package was outstanding ) The room was spotless as well as the pet package . That made me feel sooooo happy . We arrived with 2 big, heavy suitcases . But the stairs were not supported by a ramp for such cases?. When we arrived . The receptionist did it all and carried both suitcases by himself . Refused even that we give a hand . But at our departure, no one was there to help .

Great central location, very nice uniquely designed room and the hotel itself. Super comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was good. Nice courtyard. I wish they could exchange money. Euros for Kronos. Within 15-30 minutes to all attractions, restaurants....

A cute and convenient hotel The tune we were there, there were renovations done across from us which were noisy. The reception could benefit from a better check in / checkout process. It wasn't the best - was inefficient, long and they both did mistakes and couldn't charge the card that was on the system.
