It was clean and comfortable. It was smaller room for 4 but we only stayed overnight before flying out of Hamburg so it was fine. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and staff were very friendly!

Very new budget hotel. New and clean facility. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Single bed room had no table. There is some work space at the entrance and basement.

The parking could be better taking into consideration that the guests pay 5€/ night.

We were 3 to the room which made it very cramped for space! Barely room to move around with the couch converted for sleeping for 3rd person.

Nice small hotel, rooms are small but very lovely. Friendly staff. Good coffee at the reception for 2€ No closet in the room, which is ok for the price and short stay

No space, no air conditioning, expensive what you get for the money, loud street noise all night, no soundproof.

The breakfast was very good, affordable, and with many options available. Perfect for a short stay, but a bigger room would be preferable for longer stays.

One of the staff, man with black hair - while the breakfast was on, started talking to us in German in a very disrespectful way thet we can't have food and we need to pay first.

The breakfast was pleasant. The bed was at least comfortable enough. Hotel is located in a commercial area, the room had an excellent (and close) view of a gas station. Parking is actually limited and first come first serve basis at the hotel, on street parking a little sketchy if you have a packed car. The smell of the hotel is awkward, much like cold smoke. Fresh paint does not conceal the cold feel of the interior. We feel the price for one night was absolutely too high and the pictures of the property are misleading. The front desk clerk took a private call on his cell while checking us out. It felt like a Motel 6 experience.
