Inflexible staff. One night staff can sell drinks in bottles other night other staff says no big possible at all. Overpriced No minibar No room service means you cannot order drinks to your room after 11pm even when you don’t have a minibar

We booked the family room, which was extremely spacious. Contained a small kitchenette, two king size beds and a separate wardrobe room Parking and breakfast is quite expensive

We had an XL room that had so much space, our young daughter was able to run around to her hearts content. The sofa bed was already made up for us when we arrived. We had the bonus of a small balcony with a nice view. Check in was very quick and friendly. The bar and lounge space, although we didn't use it, looked very comfortable and inviting. Amazing location too near to plenty of action though not in the thick of it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped me when my phone died and needed to make an important call. Good food. Limited menu but good quality. Handy location for bus and metro but actual street is nothing special. Digging road up during October 24. Quiet bar but nice staff. Not the most central location but easy access to bus and train network. A limited number of bars and restaurants in area but travel to town offers more. Quiet but good restaurant
