The room very noisy and warm (no air-condition), thus it was difficult to fall asleep - thin walls so neighbours could be heard and the heavy doors make loud sounds on use - people where talking in the courtyard beyond 11pm - no air-condition, leaving open the window would expose to the noise in the courtyard and smoke from people smoking in the courtyard next to my window I really could not sleep. Upon asking for a different room no solution could be found (completely booked) and talks with smokers or loud neighbours had only limited success, hotel personnel handling this showed little empathy - no compensation offered. I would not complain if this was a 60 EUR motel somewhere but for ~150 a night this is not acceptable

Location I was not satisfied with my stay. The staff’s behavior was not friendly or professional. The booking system showed a large room, but the room I received was small and did not have air conditioning.

amazing location if you want to visit and explore Hamburg as its very close to a U-bahn station, lovely helpful receptionists and housekeepers, right by a petrol station and a lidl and lots of lush green spaces nearby to enjoy with family, overall massively exceeded my expectations and has amazing value for money

Not much No lift to the floor that I was up so had to carry my case up two flights of stairs. Room was big but smelled of old carpets no proper shower a very dated tired room

Big Room, Big Bed for 2 adults and 4 year old. We were on top floor (4th floor), the elevator only went to 3rd floor. This is fine if you got a over night bag. Not 2 check in luggage. We look at the breakfast and weren't happy with price so went to local baker 10 minutes walk away. Dated room, something out of 1930s decor and The Shinning (nicotine yellow walls and ceiling.)
