Everything at the Radisson Blu made for a relaxing stay. I liked that I could check in immediately on arrival, around 1 pm. And I appreciated that checkout was at 12 noon which meant there was no time pressure in the morning 1. As a non-local I arrived by S-Bahn, and could not see any signs where to find the hotel. I roughly knew where the hotel had to be, and realised later, after asking several passers-by that I had to go up one level in that central lift to reach the hotel. There should be signposting at and outside the airport on how to find the hotel. - Unless I just failed to see the signposts? 2. Reaching the 3rd floor where my room was I found the carpeting was braking the wheels of my heavy suitcase, and it was more of a physical effort to move my suitcase. A smooth floor would have been much better for the comfort of guests with large, heavy suitcases on wheels.

Location. Walked to the terminal next morning for early morning flight. Room choice; Bathroom amen ties were not refilled. Did not like my room & could not get room change. Too expensive & not good value.

The lobby The bathroom drain was clogged, and you had to wait a very long time for the water to drain from the shower floor before you could get out of the shower. We had booked a suite for five people, but three of the five beds were extremely noisy, so we couldn’t sleep properly during the night. The hotel did not have its own parking, and if you had a roof box on your car, you couldn’t park in the airport parking lot opposite the hotel either.
