The first room we got has a super strong smoke smell. The new room was ok.

Room service is clean & clear 1. Strong cigarettes smell in the room. 2. Too much noise pollution from outside building.

But good location, and friendly staff. Room lightning system was good, the stereo by the bed is pretty cool with nature sounds. Very relaxing to listen to. Fitness room was sooooo small. Treadmill didn't work. Dumb bell weren't in the right weight. Yoga matt was too slippery. Bathroom ventilation wasn't good, so the room was damp and humid.

Location was very central and close to the major railway station. Room was clean and was sufficient for a short stay. Restaurant next door had great food - not particularly cheap though. Staff did their best to understand me and be helpful. Brought out the adventurous spirit in me! It wasn't noted on your description that this hotel did not accept foreign credit cards even though it had the Visa, Mastercard etc logos. It also didn't state that the hotel did not have any fluent English speaking staff. This created a stressful arrival and calling Booking.com offered very little help in solving the problem. The TV in the room had only Chinese speaking programs - again this wasn't clear when booking - and the Wi-Fi was incredibly slow.
