Completely unbearable behaviour not at all expected this from them!

The location, and the space. Room was fine, but had too many maintenance issues. Staff's behaviour was indifferent at best. Terrible room service. Took too much time and calls to provide even the basic amenities (Including breakfast and house keeping).We extended our stay for one additional day as we had another appointment, but we didn't get any housekeeping, no cleaning, no towels, and during our stay we didn't get any additional toiletries. The staff wasn't qualified to manage a hotel, plus the owner didn't interact with people. Complimentary Breakfast brochure is fake. They serve u whatever is prepared that day, whether u like it or not. They give u 500 ml/guest complementary bottles each day. If u want more, they charge u at a surplus price, or u can fetch it urself from the water cooler placed at the reception. The receptionist Hina, isn't qualified in hotel management, n she takes care of all the complaints. She even told me the second day to not report any complaints to the owner (Devang). Had I not been with my mom, I would've escalated the matter, since I'm from service industry too.

They should have said on phone that they are sold out. Would have saved our time and fuel.

Didn’t get checkin. Manager asked extra charged. I booked on booking.com at the price of 1500 something. They demand 2000- 2500 And not even giving the room i booked on site. They offered me ground floor room, its very uncomfortable and dirty No actual rooma as shown in pics. At the end i have to search another hotel.

Rooms are very good neat & clean property. I'll checked-in at 8:30pm. The Receptionist of hotel don't know how to talk guest. He was sitting of the chair. I'm also a hotelier we respect our guest. Otherwise all oky. Hotel imperial park pls it's a suggestion take it seriously. Morning staff is good don't know the name it's a girl l. She is very polite and helpful person. Look like a professional staff l. When I talk to her.

Dear Team, Made me wait for more than one and a half hours to check in room. Very Unprofessional behave - reception person (Ms Heena ). Never recommend this hotel to any other

I like the lobby area Broken Wash basin and dirty toilet commode and kettle had black clay inside and no dark rooms means no curtain available to make the room dark my Room no. Was 105

The Wi-Fi connection was stable, the location was convenient, they provided warm water. The room was not cleaned every day, I had to remind and plead the staff to do it every day. I was not allocated the room that I saw on booking and requested the staff to move me to another room which they did not.
