The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is in serious contrast with the direct surrounding. Food was excellent and the staff doing everything they can to meet's the clients needs. One downside, the Spa is outsourced and the rates available on their website was not available at the property.

We have stayed at this particular property every year we visit India for the last 5 years. It's a convenient location for us and we're very familiar with the facilities as well as area around it. The staff is really nice, especially the differently-abled bell service. Much appreciate the management's initiative.

Breakfast was good. The minibar in my room, which I was using to keep certain of my medicines cold, went inoperative. I had it changed but was replaced by another defective one. Finally I got an operative one. The wash basin kept clogging. We had to reduce the flow of water to a minimum.

Fantastic Stay. The front staff arranged a cake for my Birthday. Thanks to Courtyard by Marriot and the front Staff Gurugram Down town. One of my best birthday to keep in memory even though it was a short trip. Weldon !!!! There is nothing I can't like there. All staff, location, food, all very good and very nice atmosphere and ambience throughout.

1 room had a bad smell which was Changed on our request. Rooms not comfortable at all for 3 pax The Staff was nice and Polite, Hotel not recommended for Tourists coming to visit Delhi for Sightseeing Food was good upto the exceptions.. Will not recommend this hotel for my future group.
