The front desk manager was unprofessional and always seemed to be focused on collecting money during our week-long stay, despite our advance payment throughout. One day, he wasn’t willing to wait for an hour while I was at the hospital for surgery, so he sent me a QR code to settle the payment. Despite my request, he gave me the ground floor, which was damp and had fungus, but after an argument, we changed rooms. The night manager was kind and willing to listen. Overpriced and unhygienic restaurant services. We got sick and had to change hotels later, as we had to stay for about a month because of a medical emergency.
