The waterpark was large, but several areas of the children’s water playground had visible mold/mildew. Our biggest issue was the air conditioning. It was out for our entire stay, and we were told maintenance had already left for the day. Box fans were offered, but it was already around 10 PM, making that an inadequate solution. The food was also very expensive, but the taste and quality did not match the prices. We were told a manager would compensate us because our air conditioning was out, but no one ever followed up. I called today and was told no one there could provide the compensation and that I had to wait until Sheila comes in tomorrow. The person answering also seemed annoyed that I was calling about it. I’m disappointed that there wasn’t a manager available on Monday who could actually resolve a guest complaint, especially after compensation had already been discussed. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again. We visit the Mississippi Gulf Coast and will continue staying at Margaritaville instead. For the price, this experience simply wasn’t worth it.

I didn't eat breakfast during my stay. Will try next time. Everything was nice. No complaints at this time.

The pool area was great for the kids they had a wonderful time ! The staff was very on point with the reservation didn't have to wait long and the vibe overall was amazing especially with it being a last minute weekend getaway and my first time visiting the centennial will recommend another stay real soon (:

location was great for a mini vacay with granddaughter. We enjoyed the waterpark and Amber and Scott were great lifeguards. They were very nice and helpful. Would be great to put the microwaves back in the rooms or maybe in the lobby area of each building. We lost a lot of food that we could have been reheated. Beds are not as comfortable as our last stay.

The water play area is nice but needs some maintenance done The room had a terrible smell and the air conditioner would not cool lower than 72. We were next to the elevator and when it beeped going up or down it sounded like it was in our room. They do not have enough chairs to accommodate all guests and the lazy river and slide areas need some major maintenance and repairs!

Clean, friendly staff, everything to do as a family right onsite. We were in a room with known plumbing issues. No offer to change rooms. The toilet kept backing up the entire stay.

We have stayed here several times and it is always an amazing experience. My only complaint would be that during peak times, they only have one person working the swim up bar and with people coming through the lazy river, the pool and the pool area looking for something refreshing to drink, it can be a very long wait. Other than that, everything is top notch!

The water park was repeatedly shut down for hours on end because of thunderstorms over 30 miles away. Then it is extremely hard to find something to drink whether it be soft or alcoholic without having to walk all the way across the resort because nothing opened until noon on Sunday but won’t allow you to bring in your own beforehand
