The room was very confortable and got everything I needed to do my business,a nice desk to work as office and nice couch to relax The breakfast buffet didn't have to much selección for American or European people most of the food was made for Chinese or Indian people,

Breakfast was excellent. The hot water in my room wasn't really hot, it was luke warm and you have to leave it for a while running so it can warm up.

We could not stay there because everywhere looked untidy and the room had not window ventilation The facilty doesnt look good at all

Staff was friendly The room lighting was very poor, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom.

Nothing The window doesn't lock. Noise and mosquitos all day. Also noise from the laundry room. Staff was very rude took from 4 am to 5 am to check in and find the booking. Bored a business king room but tried to give me a queen room anf when i ask they say ok but no windows. Tried to scam me when i asked for a room upgrade and when i questioned the price all rooms were magically booked. Stay away.

Nothing I specifically ask for a non-smoking room before arrival, I ask also at the check-in, and I booked a room between though, I got none of it. Amazing amazing.

Our week-long stay at the hotel was exceptional; the staff consistently provided outstanding service, readily assisting with all requests, from transportation to dining arrangements. Amy deserves special recognition for her exceptional dedication and willingness to go above and beyond.

The hotel staff is great and super helpful. The room is top notch and clean all the time. Breakfast is great. Large spread and delicious food. The location was the main issue just the walls you stare at from the windows in the room was depressing.

The front office reception staffs were extremely helpful, though they don’t speak English, with help of the translator, they assisted us for many things including information about taxi, booking didi, food, cantor fair information etc. The view from the window wasn’t not that great :)

The hotel was absolutely amazing, and I want to give a special thanks to Amy – she’s truly the best in the world, a wonderful person who helped me so much throughout my stay! Nothing
