Nothing, sorry to say. I traveled to China and arrived at the nearest railway station to the hotel I booked. However, I didn’t know that the hotel owner has several hotels with the same or very similar names close to each other. Unfortunately, I went to the wrong hotel first. The lady at the reception took advantage of the situation and asked me to pay extra money. When I refused, she admitted it wasn’t the hotel I had booked. Then she gave me the name of another hotel, 30 minutes away by taxi, saying it was the Chinese name for the hotel I booked. Carrying all my luggage, I took a taxi to that hotel, but it was the worst and dirtiest place I’ve ever seen. Despite this, she demanded the same price I had secured on Booking.com. I found a business card at the counter and realized she was misleading me and taking advantage of the language barrier. The hotel was also about an hour away from the exhibition center, which was inconvenient. They refused to give me the correct address despite several requests. After several hours, I booked another taxi and explained everything to the driver. He kindly called the number on Booking.com in Chinese, got the correct address, and took me there. I finally checked in after about five hours of hassle. The hotel I stayed at was okay, but the whole experience was ruined by the scam, extra cost, and wasted time. I will share this review everywhere to warn other travelers. This needs to be reported and removed from Booking.com. Locals told me this is a known scam and laughed when I shared my story. To be fair, the reception staff at the final hotel was okay, but the room was dusty and moldy, with no room service for six days. The service issues are minor compared to the scam and stress caused, especially after a long 15-hour flight. I hope Booking.com takes action, as I will not use their site if this hotel remains listed.

This hotel is very good. The environment is beautiful, the facilities are complete, and the service attitude of the staff is also very good. I like it very much. The main hotel also has a self-service washing machine. After washing, you can dry it directly. This is very good. I will come here again next time.

The reason for choosing here is that it is relatively close to the Pazhou Pavilion, and a taxi will arrive soon. And the room has free wifi, air conditioning, TV and separate bathroom. The most important thing is that there is a washer and dryer here, so I don't have to worry about washing clothes.

There is nothing special about this hotel The location not easily accessible. I have to walk three times about few km to reach here. It is not accessible in the alipay or other direction that you have to use nearby restaurant as landmark. One of the staff is rude. Ask for receipt otherwise they will forget it. The room shown not same as pictures shown. Very small and congested. Far too expensive for this small room.

It’s in the middle of a local residential area surrounded by many shops. However, there is any supermarket nearby. The room was really small and quite dirty. It’s not good if you have kids with you. It also allows smoking in the entire place.

Nothing Nothing was right! They showed disrespect and low responsibility. We made the reservation through Booking.com. Everything looked ok until we went there. We communicate with them about the time of our arrival and everything else but when we stepped in they said they had no rooms for us. We were obligated to find another hotel in the middle of the night in a place we dont know. Our expenses went much more than what we had planed.
