The reception team was make as feeling like we area in home , they so helpful and greatly appreciate our stay there . Hotel have mart near and coffee shops, restaurants , metro station near . So is great location and value of money Nothing all was good

The service is good, thank you for giving us room above 7th floor, with beautiful view, not staight to building. Breakfast was good, and equipment of facilities is quite good rather in other countries for that price where I'd been. 20 minutes to downtown center shopping malls. And want to mention the details, for example the watering can shower was The shower head was aimed at the wall so that it wouldn't spray you and the floor around you when it hit. I liked the drip coffee, different types of tea, and staff was nice I didn't find the iron, but if I ask for, staff would have gave it. And Navigation in maps showed us abother branch of Hotel, but this one is better than another, even the lobby.

Clean and comfortable room. A pleasant stay. Distance from central part of Guangzhou.

Amazing stay specially the receptionist Zzz and wei were so nice and helpful also the rooms was so nice and the location is more than ??

Wi-fi was poor. Most of the stuff doesn't speak english, but that's not specific for the hotel it's specific for China.

Location only The place was not clean. Carpets dirty. Room not consistently cleaned. At times the cleaning would happen and there would be no fresh towels or toilet paper. Shower cubicle had a leak

The carpet looks old and the smoke odour was very strong due to inconsiderate other guests that were smoking inside the room and ignored no smoking floor sign

The breakfast is not bad First of all, I'm very curious how this hotel get all the good review and the high rating? Staff attitude is bad. Asking for extra mineral water in the front desk, she did gave to me, but show a black face. I'm not sure is this the culture of this hotel. Location: if u come here for travel, this is not a good location. Unless u only come for the Zoo. Cleanliness: the second day I came out from the hotel restaurant, I saw a BIG RAT ? running from the restaurant side to the toilet. The hotel is old, the housekeeping staff just simply clean ur room, the hotel glass I use from day 1, I leave it there, and the hpusekeeping staff also leave it unclean till the day I check out. U will meet someone deliver meat and stuff in the lift, because the hotel is inside the building with other office and steamboat restaurant. So everybody is using the same lift. For the same price, u can get better hotel at better location. Like Beijing Road, I think can get even cheaper and newer hotel. And in Beijing Road is very convenient.

I have requested Non-Smoking room but when I check in at level 15, there's smell in the room. On the 3rd day, staff mentioned that my son room will do carpet shampoo. On the 4th day, staff mentioned again that my son room need to repair the sofa. I'm not happy with it cos if the room need so many issue to repair, then shouldn't rent out the room to us.
