The housekeepers were excellent, very respectful, Attentive to any need, even though none of them spoke English, they always looked for a way to help me. Very well oriented to customer service. Honestly, when I made the reservation, the photo that appeared on the booking portal was of a tall building very different from reality , There was no information in English in the room, and 99% of the employees only speak Chinese . Even so, everyone tried to find a cell phone translator so we could communicate and that was a plus.
