Location, quality of the room. No mini fridge, no microwave, no in room coffee pot, no second key, restaurant does not offer to go coffee. My cab was booked for 6am instead of 5:30am as requested. Staff questioned me when I asked my room to be opened because my son had the one key. They asked if someone was in the room, they asked if I had the key, they asked if my son could come back and open the room. I was irritated by so may questions and they refusal to open the room.

Hotel staff and room was excellent, restaurant staff horrible.

The room and service was excellent. But there was a lot of guests making a lot of noise in the hallways. First night at midnight and the second night at 2am. There should be a hotel policy with 10pm being quiet time in the hotel hallways. The noise level inside the hotel hallways. A low noise policy should be implemented form 10pm to 6am inside the hotel hallways. The noise level can be higher downstairs of course where the restaurant and bar are located. But in the hallways where the hotel is located there is no need to have party noise. The plaza is for that.

Very well run hotel. Location, cleanliness and hospitality Only one complaint: the restaurant staff is very poorly trained. Very bad service and even though that the restaurant was almost empty, we had the same situation during breakfast and lunch: a lot of people standing around and had to get their attention to attend our group. Need to review procedures and remove staff members that have poor behavior towards customers.
