It's a good family run business right on the beach. Great value for families or just for a weekend away. Breakfast and sunbeds are included. Bug parking is available. Bicycles for free on request.

Right across from the beach/Adriatic Sea, small balcony facing the sea and walking distance to many restaurants. Staff were warm and helpful. Breakfast was great with attentive staff. Free, onsite parking. The room was tiny with limited places for luggage and clothes. No dresser, hanging rack or sitting area.

The staff at this hotel were very hospitable and welcoming, they make excellent coffee. The beach is fantastic and literally across the road, clean and beautiful.

This hotel was fantastic and superceded all of our expectations! The staff was exceptional; it's run by a family who are the nicest people we've ever met on a vacation. The beach was fantastic, the cleanliness of the rooms was immaculate - we can't get over how great this experience was. The hotel's interior has not been turned into a super modern facility (which we actually appreciated as it gave a warm an friendly atmosphere), but it was so well kept! The rooms were spacious enough for the two of us, had a safe & mini fridge. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked perfectly. The location was very convenient as its close to everything (supermarket, gelateria, farmacy etc.), but it's not a busy city center - it's located right between Grottammare & San Benedetto del Tronto which means the area is calm, but still somehow busy. Tons of great restaurants along the promenade. We just loved it. Hope to return for more than just 1 week next summer.

This is a simple space, Opposite the beach, nice restaurants nearby,sea view room, really nice and welcoming staff. Free bike rentals :-) and parking. Daily room clean. Overall pleasant experience. The reception area and external facade can benefit from sprucing and modernizing.

This hotel is a pearl with very good service. They certainly try to make your stay perfect! And a very good breakfast. This is hospitality as it should be.
